They wake up in the morning and verbalize their affirmations. They go through their days verbalizing positive statements about situations and their lives. Then, they go to bed saying their affirmations like bed-time prayers.

I tried reciting affirmations for a while, but never quite understood how stating that ‘I choose to be rich’ would have any effect on my life as long as I sat in front of the television with a bag of chips. The problem was that I wasn’t doing anything to give the affirmations a basis from which to operate. While an affirmation might have made me feel good, it certainly didn’t create the situations I needed to reach my goals.

If ‘affirmations’ are positive messages to my brain, to retrain it, and to the universe, to let it know where you choose to be, then planned ‘actions’ provide a basis of reality on which the affirmations would function. This is where I began applying affirm-actions in my life.

— Positive Words —
For many years, affirmations have been considered the solution for many of life’s issues. Confidence, success, and power have claimed to have been gained through daily affirmations. But, many people with whom I’ve spoken say that affirmations do absolutely nothing for them. The problem lies in the fact that you must align your life such that the affirmations can ring true.

The core problem with repeating affirmations to ourselves is that, unless our conscious mind feels that the affirmations are true, it will not process the positive statements. Our conscious mind intercepts the information we are receiving and filters unrealistic messages, or messages that contradict our belief systems, from the subconscious mind.

Have you ever repeated, as we’ve been taught, sometimes for months and even years on end, the simple sentence, ‘I choose to be wealthy?’ Even though it might have made you feel good, were you wealthy, or did you become wealthy, at any time? For most people, the answer is ‘No.’
The reason is that your conscious mind was filtering that message as a lie. The conscious mind takes that information, wretches your ‘gut,’ and echoes back, ‘Look around! Wake up!’ The good words were not even making it to the subconscious mind where it counts. As long as your conscious mind filters your affirmations as lies, then there is no amount of present tense affirming that can change what ‘you are’ into what ‘you are not.’

— Mixing Words with Actions —
To resolve this problem, you have to do two things: make a plan and change the wording of your affirmations. You not only have to have your subconscious mind involved to actively process your desires, but you also have to give your conscious mind a way to accept the ‘misconceptions’ of the affirmations. Instead of lying to yourself, make a plan and execute actions that support your affirmations. This is where affirm-actions come into play.

First, make a solid plan that defines your vision, mission, and goals. This plan takes into consideration where you are and how to reach your vision. By making a plan and believing in the plan, you are empowering your conscious and subconscious mind with a weapon to overcome the negative feelings and beliefs you currently have buried in your mind. This approach will open the channels of communications for your affirmations to make it into your mind.

The second part of the solution is to change the wording of your affirmations. You have to convince your conscious brain to process the misconceptions of the affirmations as truths. Since your conscious brain will filter out lies, you have to word the affirmations in such a way that it will appear as a ‘possibility.’ For instance, instead of saying ‘I choose to be wealthy’ or ‘I am wealthy,’ reword it to say ‘I will be wealthy.’ This is converting the ‘lie’ into a command to tell your brain where your plan is leading you.

As you can see, an affirm-action is a more assertive form of affirmation. Essentially, you are converting a baseless affirmation to one that is a possibility simply by associating it with an action. The affirmations then become factual, positive statements that ‘remind’ you of my vision and inform the universe that this is the direction you choose to go.

— What’s next? —
Positive words alone cannot change a world—your world. But, words combined with action can materialize a future of which, at one time, you could only dream.

The purpose of an affirm-action is not to try to convince yourself that you are something that you are not. It is not there to falsify your future or alter the things of the past. It is a way of using your experiences through an intelligent plan and reminding yourself why you’re working so hard along a given path to reach your vision. You are claiming your vision of the future, telling the universe that this is what you want, and going after it.

By combining actions with words, you are initiating a plan to show your conscious mind that you are indeed heading in the direction of your desires. When you begin using your affirmations, in conjunction with the actions, your desires are now making it past your conscious mind into the subconscious mind, where it will be of greater use. This is where the soul can get an idea of what you’re doing and will help you get there.

Wealth Education Using Affirmations https://k2a.org/wealth-education-using-affirmations/ https://k2a.org/wealth-education-using-affirmations/#respond Fri, 26 Nov 2021 16:30:23 +0000 https://k2a.org/wealth-education-using-affirmations/ If you are a big fan of personal development wealth education courses, books, and seminars, you probably would have known that great wealth education and personal development teachers such as Brian Tracy, Bob Proctor, and Anthony Robbins have often talked about positive affirmations to attract wealth, health or whatever you desire. Is it true that you can attract anything that you desire?

To some people, using affirmations and visualization techniques to attract wealth and money is some kind of superstitious hocus pocus. However, many of these great create wealth coaches said that if you believe in the power of positive affirmation and practice them, your life can change for the better.

“It’s not the events of our lives that shape us, but our beliefs as to what those events mean,” said Anthony Robbins.

So what are affirmations? Why are affirmations so powerful?

Affirmations are statements of acceptance that you use to allow the manifestation of your desires, be they money, love, health, or anything else. Affirmations are powerful, positive thoughts and statements sent out by you to the universe.

To educate and practice positive affirmations, you will need to eliminate negative thoughts in your mind and the things you say and do. Believe that you and you alone can have your destiny and desires manifested. It must be a positive, powerful belief with unwavering faith. With positive affirmations together with creative visualizations, you can create and manifest abundance into your life.

If you desire to attract wealth easily, then your affirmation will go something like: “I create wealth easily and effortlessly.” Repeat it several times while believing that you are already manifesting money. Start to visualize that money is already flowing to you and that you already have the money that you desire. Feel as though it has already happened.

While in this mental condition, keep yourself open to all ways and means by which money can flow into your life. It is important for the affirmations that you feel are appropriate to you. The affirmations must resonate with you or charge you emotionally.

Here are some manifesting money and wealth affirmations. You should compose your affirmations because they will relate to you more so that you can feel more for them.
a) I am receiving creating wealth now.
b) I have an abundance of whatever I desire.
c) All my needs are being met now, and I am grateful.
d) I have unlimited money and wealth.
e) I now give and receive freely.

Believe in your affirmations for them to work. Make your affirmations only in the present tense because you are creating your future. This is also because if you make them in the future tense, it shows a lack of confidence, and your affirmations may never materialize. Do not get impatient and expect to see immediate results, although you may see instant results, most of the time, it needs time for things to get organized.

Affirmations are futile if they fail to reach you deep enough to touch the limitless powers of your subconscious mind. Now that you know how to use the affirmation, use it often if you want to attract wealth and other positive desires into your life.

The Positive Affirmation Dilemma https://k2a.org/the-positive-affirmation-dilemma/ https://k2a.org/the-positive-affirmation-dilemma/#respond Fri, 26 Nov 2021 16:30:10 +0000 https://k2a.org/the-positive-affirmation-dilemma/ By now, you probably have read countless pieces of information on the power and magic of using positive affirmation techniques to improve your life. There is no doubt that positive affirmations repeatedly exposed to one’s brain for some time will affect one’s life for the better.

However, one thing that seems to be neglected in most of the information out there is that we almost always don’t come to the table with an empty subconscious mind, ready to be filled with a positive affirmation. We come loaded with all kinds of information, a considerable part of it negative, already well installed in our subconscious mind. There is very little information out there on what to do with the already existing garbage before we install new affirmations.

Although the problem is not a lack of space, the old information in the subconscious will still influence our lives even if we add new affirmations on top of it. They don’t necessarily cancel each other out.
By no means I am discrediting affirmation practices. I completely believe in them, and we should all pursue them aggressively. However, we will get even better results from them if we release the negative affirmations that we are currently holding on to and playing out in our lives.

One of the fastest and better methods I know of is called EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique. By simply tapping on specific energy meridians on the body this method helps to reconfigure the negative aspects of stored affirmation or memory into a positive energy flow, freeing us from its hold. To go into the specifics of this method is not the scope of this article, but detailed info on EFT is available through my link below.

Releasing old unproductive affirmations or beliefs is going to make an effort and a considerable amount of self-awareness to accomplish. Therefore, it is a good idea to immediately start the positive affirmation practice while trying to release the old and unwanted ones. The order they are done is not a major issue as long as both aspects are addressed. This way, we get the benefit of both approaches quicker. Good luck and more success to you.

Visualization through Development Affirmation https://k2a.org/visualization-through-development-affirmation/ https://k2a.org/visualization-through-development-affirmation/#respond Fri, 26 Nov 2021 16:28:25 +0000 https://k2a.org/visualization-through-development-affirmation/ We all go through changes in our lifetime. Some of the changes are good, and many are bad. Yet we must continue to thrive toward a positive future. It takes us to use visualization and affirmation to keep the mind encouraged and looking for something brighter.

We must also learn to accept change. Change is what helps us to grow stronger and happier. When we see change as a positive instead of a threat to emotions, it often helps us visualize grander days. Many people create mental images in their minds, however. It is good that they create mental images, but they also should use affirmation to thrive toward developing a positive mind.

Affirmation helps you to develop an assertive person that can confirm something as facts. This is because the person uses his or her critical thinking skills to discover facts that he or she can put in order and describe later to someone else. This established attitude reflects on others, which provides you support and encouragement.

Sadly, many underdeveloped people in the world fail to see that an assertive person is someone that affirms his or her stance in life. This is a positive person. Some people, however, will go to all lengths to bring down assertive people. They will make fraudulent accusations, challenge the person’s mental intelligence, or attempt to stumble the person, causing him or her to fall on his their face. This is because “misery loves company.” We must stay away from these types of people as much as possible to succeed in life. We should not think that we are better than anyone else is, yet we must protect our affirmation and stance in life by avoiding negative thinkers.

To develop affirmation and a positive attitude, one should practice. Before you practice, however, you must establish a purpose. Your purpose is to encourage the mind to think positively and solve problems effectively. It is also to develop your skills as well.

How to use affirmation through visualization

First, visualize something. For example, if you want to accomplish something, visualize yourself in the scene. For example, you want to become a musician. Visualize yourself acting as a musician. Now, think about your skills. What skills do you possess that qualify you to try out as a musician? How can you build on these skills? When did you first decide you want to be a musician? Who inspired you to become a musician?

The more questions you ask, you can start to visualize more clearly, which will move you to affirmation. In time, you will start to affirm what you intend to do. Instead of saying, I visualize myself as a musician, you will find yourself saying, “I intend to become a musician.” On the other hand, I confirm that I will become a musician. You will start to see the way to becoming that musician with each affirmative action you take.

Affirmation and visualization will move you to take action. When you take action, you are affirming that you intend to accomplish your goal. When you slack up on your effort to achieve goals, it is a sign that you need to re-evaluate your mind carefully to remove any barriers that are holding you back from achieving your goals.

We all go through changes. Change is good, and it helps us to grow. For this reason, we want to visualize change as an enforcer that pushes us to reach out for the stars. We all can strive toward a better tomorrow despite how bad our situation is currently. The key to succeeding is to develop the self. When you complete self-development, you will find yourself on the positive road to success. Many people fall because they lack developmental skills or the ability to make any sense of their visualization and affirmation.

Self Improvement With Affirmations https://k2a.org/self-improvement-with-affirmations/ https://k2a.org/self-improvement-with-affirmations/#respond Fri, 26 Nov 2021 16:28:12 +0000 https://k2a.org/self-improvement-with-affirmations/ Affirmations are powerful tools that can be key in bringing about change in your life, whether in the form of personal change or bringing new situations into your life. Self-affirmations are healing, optimistic messages that you give to yourself to counter your negative thoughts. Affirmations resemble visualization with mental images, but words are used instead. Words you say out loud, read, or write each day will help you internalize what you want to be and what you hope to achieve. Affirmations are self-improvement prophecies that when visualized and believed in, will come true.

Just repeating the words is not enough. Affirmations are not magical sentences that are said just a few times and then create miracles. For affirmations to produce results, they should be repeated often with feeling and conviction.

Affirmations are said starting with the words: “I am,” “I can,” and “I will.” An I am affirmation is a statement of who you are such as I am intelligent or I am creative. An I can affirmation is a statement of your potential and power to change such as I can be strong or I can be a winner. An I will affirmation is a statement of positive change that you want to accomplish such as I will control my temper or I will handle financial matters wisely today. Affirmations should always be stated positively. An excellent way to use affirmations is to write down 30 of them, each on a separate index card. Each day of the month focuses on one affirmation. Keep the card with you displayed in your sight and read it out loud during the day.

Affirmations help you to improve yourself because, by nature, humans are compelled to follow what they believe. What motivates you is your belief in the result. If you continually tell yourself something, your inner self will make it true. Affirmations strengthen ambition, create new solutions and activate the subconscious mind to make them come true. The affirmations you repeat will become a positive habit that will result in the self-improvement of your mind, body, and soul.
